James Schellhase
President and Chief Executive Officer

As president and CEO of StoredIQ, James brings a wealth of executive leadership, as well as technology and venture business experience to the company. With a proven track record of achieving immediate and long-term profits and shareholder value, James establishes and oversees the company's operations and strategic direction.

Prior to joining StoredIQ in 2007, James was COO and general partner at Techxas Ventures, where he successfully established all financial, operational, and reporting systems and controls to maximize productivity and functionality for the firm. Prior to Techxas Ventures, James was president and CEO of Rodeer Systems, an industry leading medical transcription company. Prior to Rodeer Systems, James was the COO at IntelliQuest Information Group, which grew from a 20-person start-up to a profitable, rapidly growing technology marketing research company that completed successful initial and secondary public offerings with a market capitalization of $300 million. James also held executive positions at Jones and Neuse and First Federal Savings. He started his career with Deloitte and Touche in their financial services and mergers and acquisitions group. James has served on the Board of Directors for numerous technology companies, charitable and civic organizations.

Keith Zoellner
Chief Technology Officer and Vice President, Engineering

As CTO and vice president of engineering at StoredIQ, Keith provides a technical voice in strategic planning for the company. He leads and manages the research and development of the StoredIQ's technology offering.

Keith has over 20 years of experience in successfully building and managing technology-based organizations. Prior to joining StoredIQ, Keith was the CTO and vice president of engineering/operations for Mshow.com, where he was instrumental in transforming a start-up operation into an innovative, market-leading technology organization. Prior to Mshow.com, Keith was the CTO and vice president of engineering of Ambac Connect, Inc., where he was responsible for the management of the software engineering organization, software development process and infrastructure, overall technical strategy and architecture design for all of the company's electronic commerce solutions. Keith has also served as vice president of engineering at Commerce Direct International and earlier in his career directed large engineering teams within software product organizations at both EDS and Andersen Consulting (Foundation Software Organization).

Dave Ferretti
Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales

Dave is responsible for the strategic direction and expansion of StoredIQ's revenue through direct sales and channel partners. With over 20 years of enterprise software experience in sales, business development, product management and engineering, Dave has expertise in enterprise content and records management, business process automation, security and storage solutions.

Dave has built and managed direct, channel and OEM sales teams for start-ups to Fortune 500 companies covering domestic and international markets. Prior to StoredIQ, Dave was vice president of channel sales for EVault, a Seagate Technology Company, where he developed reseller and integrator sales for North America. Previously, Dave directed worldwide sales for Xerox Corporation's enterprise content management business division, where he grew revenues on average of 36% annually while achieving profitability goals, a record 16 consecutive quarters year over year growth, and increased the customer base from under 1,000 to over 6,000. Dave has also held senior sales and business development positions with Netegrity, acquired by Computer Associates, Adobe Systems, IMR Alchemy, acquired by Captaris, Array Technology, acquired by EMC, and Loral Aerospace.

Morgan McReynolds
Vice President, Customer and Channel Services

As vice president of field operations at StoredIQ, Morgan provides leadership and direction in the development of StoredIQ's customer and partner service and support organization. This role includes all pre-sales technical consulting, as well as implementation, training, customer support and related service offerings.

Morgan has more than 15 years of experience in the technology industry including senior positions at global market leaders such as Dell, Oracle Corporation, and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), as well as venture funded start-ups including ClearCommerce and Ambac Connect. His background in developing and leading successful client and professional services organizations spans a wide variety of industry verticals including government, regulated utilities, ecommerce, retail, energy, telecommunications, and financial services.

Ursula Talley
Vice President, Marketing

As the vice president of marketing at StoredIQ, Ursula is responsible for the company's marketing direction and initiatives, including brand strategy and positioning, demand generation, communications, and product and channel marketing.

Prior to joining StoredIQ in 2007, Ursula served as vice president of marketing for Neverfail Group, where she managed the strategic launch of the company's brand in the United States. Under her marketing direction, Neverfail became a leading provider of high availability, disaster recovery, and data protection solutions. Prior to Neverfail, Ursula was a consultant assisting companies to successfully accelerate their business growth; clients included NOP World subsidiaries, Symmetrics, Neverfail and Journee Software. Ursula has also served as marketing director for 724 Solutions and TANTAU Software, and played a key role in 724 Solutions' acquisition of TANTAU and subsequent successful integration process. Ursula previously held marketing management positions with IntelliQuest, National Instruments, and Ariel Communication/Miller Freeman.
